I really liked (and agreed) with this post too Julie! We actually were just talking about this problem in my clinical supervision at work the other day - about how somehow we have a generation of children who are not used to the word "no," and how problematic it is that children are starting to be trained (enabled) to just quit something if it is hard or if they don't like it. Oh my! So much to think about!
