Ok, all 5 of my faithful blog-followers :), I will now surprise you by posting again for the second time in less than a week, and I even have pictures! This post is dedicated to Uncle Matt and Aunt Amber who gave the girls pre-made, colored sugar cookie dough for Christmas - what a fabulous gift! I just pulled the dough out of the freezer last night, and we rolled, squished, poked, and licked it (I know, gross) into shapes of various kinds, baked it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and TAH-DAH, it was done. Both Ev and Syl had a lovely time with this project and I know Daddy will be happy for the extra dessert which will be packed in his lunch tomorrow. :)

We all decided to have a little taste of the dough before we started putting the dough on the baking sheets. Sylvie's idea, but Mama consented.

Sylvie, holding up her "ice cream cone" shaped cookie - green is the ice cream, red is the cone, people. Can't you see it?!?

Evie sampled a few bites of the blue dough, as you can see.

Our lovely array of cookies prior to baking. Mama made the two rainbows; the girls made the rest!
