6 Months Old and 2 Weeks Home

So, it really is hard to believe that a mere 2 weeks ago, we were saying our goodbyes to all at Hannah's Hope, and to the seven other amazing families that we got to know during our two trips to Ethiopia...

It really is hard to believe that we survived the trip home (nearly 36 hours of traveling) with an infant...

And it REALLY is hard to believe that our little guy is 6 months old TODAY!!!

One of these days I hope to post more about our day-to-day life, how Abraham seems to be adjusting, what it's been like going from a family of four to a family of five, etc. Yet again, I just don't seem to have that post in me tonight. Sorry! Instead I'm going to make myself a hot cup of tea, sit on the couch all by myself (football game tonight for Nathan), and read a book or two. {Good sigh}. :) Do know though that we are SO INCREDIBLY happy to have Abraham with us. He is an AMAZING blessing to us - a precious, precious baby. Ok. Just wanted you all to know... :)

So glad all is going well. I just looked at the unofficial list and then down to the referral lists to see if others had blogs from our travel group. I am adding you to my blog list. He is such a cutie pie!
Blessings,
Amy

Happy 6 months!!! Just today G was saying Mamush - totally out of the blue. It was so precious to see him remembering. I'm trying to keep all those memories going.

Hugs to little Abraham!
